To get The Hollow 2026 badge and the Chrome Deer Skull Chain, upgrade your campfire to Level 3, enter the Void, and collect all 20 Red Flowers. I tested this route and the quest takes up to 30 minutes. Here’s everything you need, from setup to claiming the reward.

Step 1: Start a Run and Upgrade Your Campfire

Enter the 99 Nights in the Forest portal in The Hollow hub, press PLAY, and stand in an open yellow square until the match begins.

Chop trees with your axe and feed logs to the campfire. The Void only shows up on the map after Fire Level 3, so keep feeding until the third upgrade notification appears.

I suggest grabbing these before you leave camp:

  • Armor and a flashlight for survival
  • A better axe for faster wood
  • The Map (the only item you truly need, since it shows the Void)

For more survival basics, check our 99 Nights in the Forest guide.

Step 2: Find and Enter the Void

Open the Hollow menu at the top-left and tap Find the Void. Look for the purple corruption circle with red lights and purple veins. A 15-second countdown shows on the rift. Walk into the center and stay there for a few seconds to teleport.

Step 3: Collect All 20 Red Flowers

Once inside, open your map. All 20 Red Flowers show up, and they glow, so they’re easy to spot. Press Pick Flower to collect each one. Plan a route before leaving the first lantern.

Every 3 flowers you collect, you choose an upgrade at a lantern. Some flowers sit behind hollow trees, so one-hit tree cutting helps.

Upgrade PairBest Pick
Double health vs. speed boost on flower pickupDouble health
Cut hollow trees in one hit vs. extra lanternsExtra lanterns
Fewer cultists vs. no hunger drain + 10% faster sprintSpeed
Fewer cultists vs. fewer wolvesFewer cultists
Speed boost leaving lanterns vs. double healthSpeed boost

My pick is the speed boost when leaving lanterns, because it helps you escape enemies.

Step 4: Survive the Void Enemies

Wolves, cultists, and monsters like the Deer, Owl, and Cat spawn when you’re out in the open. Keep moving and don’t fight in the open.

Lanterns are safe zones. Enemies can’t enter, and you recover health and hunger inside. After every 3 flowers, return to a lantern, pick your upgrade, then continue.

If you die in the Void, you revive at your campfire and must return to collect the flowers again. Treat each trip seriously.

Step 5: Claim the Chrome Deer Skull Chain

After flower 20, the Void collapses and a cutscene plays. You teleport back to the forest and get The Hollow 2026 badge.

Now open the Roblox menu and select Return to “The Hollow.” In the hub, go to the quest mailbox beside the 99 Nights in the Forest door and click Claim. A reward popup confirms your Chrome Deer Skull Chain.

Badges also earn Tickets, which you can redeem in the hub. Don’t miss our Roblox The Hollow event guide for the other quests.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Searching for the Void before Fire Level 3
  • Starting the game from the normal page instead of The Hollow hub
  • Running between lanterns without a speed upgrade
  • Leaving without claiming the item in the hub
  • Waiting too long. The live finale is October 31, and rewards end November 2
