What You Need Before You Start

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Start the quest. Talk to the Youngster Goblin in his alley.
Hunt the goblins. Watch for the on-screen alert announcing where goblins spawned, then travel there. Everturn Forest is one known spawn point, and goblins move around the map.
Check the outline color. Goblins with a non-green outline offer Normal or harder tasks. Green-outlined goblins only give Easy tasks, which don’t count toward your 3 quests.
Finish the task. Requests vary: catching fish, dancing, chatting, guessing holidays, or trivia. One Hard example is “Insult Beatrix 3 times,” which means talking to Beatrix in Caustic Hallow three times before returning to the goblin.
Collect rewards. Each completed task pays out Witch’s Ingredients, such as a Spider Eye. Any 10 count.
Gather the Boglin parts (see below).
Return and claim. Go back when your tracker reads 3/3 goblin quests, 10/10 ingredients, and 1/1 for each Boglin part.

Where to Get Boglin Skull, Twig, and Wraps?

The rod uses its own custom minigame bar and can apply the Boglin mutation. It works in Caustic Hallow’s green pools, Webridden Cavern, and Vile Frightful Pools, and it accepts standard enchants like Mystical. One early inventory view showed a different Lure Speed, so check the number on your own Fishing Rods screen.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

Chasing green goblins. They’re Easy, so they won’t count toward the 3 Normal quests.
Mixing up skulls. A Hard goblin quest can give a Dark Art Skull, which is a ritual item. Confirm in your tracker that your Boglin Skull counts.
Camping one spot. Goblins relocate, so follow the spawn alert instead of waiting.
Waiting too long. The rod is marked “Only obtainable during FischFright 3.”
