The Straw Hats have landed in Fortnite’s Treasure Hunters mini season, and I’ve pulled together every skin, price and release date so you don’t miss a drop. There are eight One Piece cosmetics: Ace and Nico Robin come from the Battle Pass, while the rest are Item Shop purchases released in waves. Every One Piece Item Shop cosmetic leaves the shop on December 4, 2026, so plan your V-Bucks now.

What Is the Fortnite One Piece Collab?
It’s the headline crossover of the Treasure Hunters mini season, which launched with update 43.00 on November 1, 2026. Epic confirmed the collab through an official teaser and key art. Besides skins, the Going Merry replaces the Battle Bus, a skull-shaped island called Crossbones Isle joins the map, and the collab adds One Piece Mythic weapons and healing items. You can read more in our Fortnite Treasure Hunters guide.
All Fortnite One Piece Skins and How to Get Them?
Battle Pass Skins: Nico Robin and Ace
Nico Robin and Ace are Battle Pass exclusives, so you can’t buy them with V-Bucks directly. You have two ways to get the pass:
- Buy it: The Treasure Hunters Battle Pass costs 800 V-Bucks (about $8.99).
- Fortnite Crew: Active subscribers get the pass for free.
Level up your Account until both outfits unlock, and they’ll appear in your Locker automatically. I’d grind early, because everything must be unlocked before Treasure Hunters ends on December 4, 2026 with a live event.
Item Shop Skins: Luffy, Nami and Usopp (November 1)
These three arrived at launch with update 43.00. Here’s how to buy them:
- Open Fortnite and go to the Item Shop tab.
- Find the One Piece section and the One Piece Bundle.
- Select any outfit or the full bundle.
- Hold the Purchase button to confirm.
- Your cosmetics will appear in the Locker.
Item Shop Skins: Zoro, Sanji and Chopper (November 7)
Zoro, Sanji and the Chopper Sidekick drop on November 7. Reports list the shop refresh at roughly 4 PM PT / 7 PM ET. Chopper is a Sidekick, not a playable outfit, so check your wishlist for him separately.
Item Shop Skin: Buggy (November 13)
Buggy the Star Clown is the last announced skin and arrives on November 13.
Heads-up: Epic’s own announcement didn’t list V-Bucks prices for later drops. Any numbers you see for Zoro, Sanji, Chopper and Buggy are estimates until they appear in the shop.
Fortnite One Piece Skin Prices
Each One Piece skin sits inside a bundle that costs less than buying everything individually. Prices below are confirmed for the November 1 wave.
| Cosmetics | V-Bucks |
|---|---|
| One Piece Bundle (everything in the first wave) | 4,000 |
| Luffy Outfit + Straw Hat Back Bling + Gum-Gum Pistol Pickaxe + Multi-Punches Flex Emote | 1,800 |
| Nami Outfit + Tangerines Back Bling + Climate Baton Pickaxe | 1,600 |
| Usopp Outfit + Kit Back Bling + 5 Ton Hammer Pickaxe | 1,600 |
| Going Merry Glider | 1,200 |
| Giant Meat On The Bone Pickaxe | 800 |
| Roasted Meat Back Bling | 400 |
| Multi-Punches Flex Emote | 300 |
| Climate Baton Pickaxe / 5 Ton Hammer Pickaxe | 500 each |
| Nami’s Tangerines / Usopp’s Kit Back Bling | 300 each |
Later bundles (unconfirmed estimates): Some outlets estimate the Straw Hats Bundle (Zoro, Sanji, Chopper) at around 3,000 to 4,000 V-Bucks and the Buggy Bundle at roughly 1,600 to 2,500 V-Bucks. They also list Zoro and Sanji at about 1,500 each. Treat all of this as speculation and check the shop on release day.
If you want everything, the shop bundles plus the Battle Pass add up fast. Buying only the outfit you want is cheaper than the full bundle. If you’re short on V-Bucks, you can redeem a Fortnite V-Bucks card before each drop.
Pro Tips to Save V-Bucks
- Get Crew first. The Battle Pass is included, so Ace and Nico Robin cost nothing extra.
- Buy by wave. Drops are staggered over November 1, 7 and 13, so you can save V-Bucks between waves instead of spending everything on day one.
- Pick individual items. If you only want one character, grab their mini bundle rather than the 4,000 V-Bucks mega bundle.
- Don’t panic about missing out. Epic has said these cosmetics aren’t permanently vaulted, so they should return to the shop later.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Waiting on Ace or Nico Robin in the Item Shop. They never appear there.
- Forgetting Chopper is a Sidekick, not an outfit.
- Assuming November 1 includes every skin. Zoro, Sanji and Buggy come later.
- Leaving Battle Pass levels until the last week.
