Bosses are the backbone of progression in Anime Piece — they drop the Armament Crystals you need for Haki V2 and V3, the Magic Balls behind the Dual Sword, and exclusive gear like Bisento and the Restricted Outfit. There are seven major bosses to hunt right now: Broly (Beast), Kirito (Dual Swordsman), Itadori (Prodigy Student), Old Fighter (Master Roshi), and the Update 1 trio of Old White, Light User and Restricted Sorcerer (Toji).

Three are summoned with materials, Old Fighter spawns in the open, and the last three are World Bosses. I’ve farmed every one of them this week — below you’ll find all locations, HP values, respawn times, summoning requirements and drop chances, verified against the game’s November balance patch.

How to Summon Broly (Beast) in Anime Piece?

Broly, the Beast, is my first stop every session because his Armament Crystals fuel both Haki V2 and V3 upgrades. To summon him, defeat Frieza on West Island until the Mad Chip (Mod Chip) drops — roughly a 20% chance — then enter the yellow laboratory in the middle of Westy City and hand the chip to the Mad Scientist. Broly appears with 85,000 HP, confirmed in the Update 1 balance notes.

How to Summon Kirito (Dual Swordsman) in Anime Piece?

Kirito, the Dual Swordsman, waits on Online Island — but only after you bring Seraphina a Dual Orb, which Emerald Swordsman drops 10% of the time. He sits at 75,000 HP after the Update 1 balance pass, and his preview shows a recommended level of 235+, so don’t sail in early. Version 0.6 quietly raised his drop rates (exact values are still unconfirmed), but the developer preview lists what to expect:

Kirito DropChance
Teleport Crystal100%
Common Fruit Chest10%
Dual Essence7%
Dual Cloak6%
Legendary Fruit Chest5%
Mythical Fruit Chest1%

Dual Essence is a core Dual Sword ingredient, and Emerald Swordsman also drops the Emerald Blade (10%) for the same recipe — farm both while you’re on the island.

How to Summon Itadori (Prodigy Student) in Anime Piece?

Itadori, the Prodigy Student, is Sorcerers Island’s summonable boss. Defeat Panda until the Prodigy Orb drops (10% chance), walk to the Noko NPC at the entrance of the running arena, and use the orb — Itadori spawns in the middle of the gym. His HP isn’t confirmed yet.

Itadori DropChance
Curse Fang15%
Teleport Crystal10%
Red Uniform10%

Red Uniform is the prize: +15% Melee Damage, +10% Health Regeneration and +150 Health, buffed again in the November 1 patch.

Old Fighter Boss Location and Magic Ball Farming

Old Fighter (Master Roshi) needs no summon item — he stands on Good House Island ready to fight, and he’s the only confirmed 100% Magic Ball source in the game. He also drops the Fighter Hood (10%) and a Teleport Crystal every kill. Stock up here: each Haki V2 and V3 upgrade costs one Magic Ball plus one Armament Crystal, the Dual Sword eats five Magic Balls, and crafting its Shadow Blade ingredient takes two more. Farming him alongside Broly covers almost every upgrade material you’ll ever need.

Anime Piece Update 1 World Bosses: Old White, Light User & Restricted Sorcerer

Update 1 opened Tremor Island, home of two World Bosses and the strongest gear in the game. You need Level 245 — the current cap — and you must buy the Tremor Island Pose on the island before sailing there. Old White and Light User spawn automatically; Restricted Sorcerer (Toji) respawns on Sorcerers Island.

  • Old White (80,000 HP, 30-minute respawn): Bisento 10%, Old White Cape 10%, Teleport Crystal 100%, plus a Fruit Chest with unconfirmed rates.
  • Light User (65,000 HP, 35-minute respawn): Light Glasses 8%, Light Outfit 7%, Teleport Crystal 100%, Fruit Chest unconfirmed.
  • Restricted Sorcerer (55,000 HP, 35-minute respawn): Restricted Outfit 5%, Void Maw 3%, Inverted Spear 1%, Teleport Crystal 10%.

A November 1 hotfix cut Fruit Chest drop rates, but the equipment chances above are separate. Killing Toji earns the Mercenary title; beating Light User grants The Uncatchable.

All Anime Piece Boss Summoning Materials

Before you sail, check which material each summon needs — two of the three come from mini-bosses you’ll fight anyway:

Boss SummonedMaterialSourceDrop ChanceSummon NPC
Broly (Beast)Mad ChipFrieza, West Island20%Mad Scientist
Kirito (Dual Swordsman)Dual OrbEmerald Swordsman, Online Island10%Seraphina
Itadori (Prodigy Student)Prodigy OrbPanda, Sorcerers Island10%Noko

Smaller bosses deserve a detour too: Higaro (Starter Island) drops the Higaro Sword at 20%, Monkey King (Jungle Island) drops the Banana Sword at 10%, and Robot King (West Island) drops Robot Earrings at 15% — +55 Stamina and +7.5% Stamina Regeneration, though that accessory was nerfed on November 1.

Best Bosses to Farm First in Anime Piece

If you’re short on time, farm in this order. First, loop Broly and Old Fighter until you bank two Armament Crystals and two Magic Balls — that’s Haki V2 and V3 sorted, and my how to get Armament Haki in Anime Piece walkthrough covers the unlock itself. Second, collect five Magic Balls plus two for the Shadow Blade, an Emerald Blade, and a Dual Essence to finish the Dual Sword. Third, chase gear: Toji’s Void Maw and Old White’s Bisento were both buffed recently.

The Spawn All Bosses game pass (239 Robux) is a solid shortcut for grinding sessions, and with the Bleach update looming, drop rates may shift again soon. If you’re chasing the Solo Hunter title, remember the rules: 150 Normal Bosses, 100% of the damage on each kill, no helpers, and World Bosses don’t count — v0.7 fixed the missing-title bug. While you grind, redeem any new Anime Piece codes for 2x Drop boosts.

FAQs

What is the strongest boss in Anime Piece?

By confirmed HP, Broly (Beast) leads at 85,000, just ahead of Old White’s 80,000. The rarest prize belongs to Restricted Sorcerer, whose Inverted Spear drops at just 1%.

Why did my Anime Piece boss disappear?

It’s a known despawn bug, not something you did. Note what happened just before, record a video if you can reproduce it, and open a support ticket on the official Discord — no fix had shipped as of November 2026.

What are Magic Balls used for in Anime Piece?

Haki V2 and V3 each need one Magic Ball plus one Armament Crystal, and the Dual Sword needs five, plus two more for its Shadow Blade ingredient. Old Fighter drops them 100% of the time.

How do I unlock Tremor Island?

Reach Level 245, buy the Tremor Island Pose on the island, then sail over — Old White and Light User spawn automatically once you arrive.

Do World Bosses count toward the Solo Hunter title?

No. The title requires 150 Normal Bosses defeated entirely by you — every point of damage must come from your attacks.
