Bosses are the fastest way to score rare accessories, swords and crafting materials in Anime Piece, and as of Update 1 there are 16 of them spread across seven islands. I’ve pulled every boss into one table below — exact spawn locations, HP, drop rates and respawn timers — so you can stop island-hopping blindly and farm whichever boss actually drops the item you’re chasing. Three bosses (Beast, Dual Swordsman and Prodigy Student) don’t spawn on their own; you have to hand a special item to the right NPC, and I’ve mapped those summon chains too. Before you farm anything, redeem the latest Anime Piece codes — 2x Drop boosts make every drop rate below twice as generous.

How to Spawn the Three Summoned Bosses?
Auto-spawn bosses cover most of the list, but the three summon fights chain into each other — each key is dropped by a regular boss, which is why I farm them in order:

Beast is the priority: he’s the only source of Armament Crystals, and the Mad Scientist teleports you straight to the arena, so you don’t need to hunt for a spawn point. If a summoned boss vanishes before you land the killing blow (a known bug the devs haven’t fully patched), re-grab the summon item and try a quieter server.
Anime Piece Boss Respawn Times & World Boss Farming
Only four bosses run on confirmed timers: Old Fighter and Old White every 30 minutes, Light User every 35 minutes, and Restricted Sorcerer every 30 minutes. Everything else respawns on a standard server cycle, so server-hopping is often faster than waiting. Light User and Old White are the two bosses that drop Fruit Chests — random Devil Fruits plus a guaranteed Teleport Crystal each kill — which makes Tremor Island the best endgame loop once you’re near the level 245 cap. Killing Light User also grants the “Uncatchable” title and Restricted Sorcerer grants “Mercenary”, and if you’re chasing the “Solo Hunter” title, remember it needs 150 normal bosses soloed (world bosses don’t count).
What Anime Piece Boss Drops Are Used For?
Don’t vendor your drops — most of them gate progression:
- Magic Ball (Old Fighter, 100%) + Armament Crystal (Beast, 15%) unlock Armament Haki V2 (35,000 Beli) and V3 (50,000 Beli). My full walkthrough is in the Armament Haki guide.
- Higaro Souls (100% drop) fund Flash Step — you need 5 of them plus 15 Bandit Souls, 15 Higaro Bandit Souls and 5,500 Beli.
- Bananas from Monkey King feeds the Haki V1 Banana Split quest (25 total).
- Mod Chip, Dual Orb and Prodigy Orb are the summon keys in the table above.
- Sorcerer Card, Robotic Core and Bronze/Silver/Gold Keys feed shop trades and the chest economy — and note Update 1 (November 1) nerfed chest drop rates, so boss farming is now the more reliable income.
Pro Boss-Farming Tips
- Time your 2x Drop boosts — redeem 1MVisits or 400kVisits! right before a Tremor Island session, not while you’re questing.
- Farm weekends — automatic weekend progression boosts stack with drop boosts.
- Chain the West Island loop — Frieeza → Mod Chip → Beast → Armament Crystal covers Haki V2/V3 in one island.
- Bring friends for world bosses — Old White’s 85,000 HP melts faster in a group, and I’ve had no loot issues in co-op kills.
Common Boss-Farming Mistakes to Avoid
- Waiting on-island for respawns — hop servers instead; a fresh server often has world bosses already up.
- Fighting Tremor Island bosses underleveled — Light User and Old White hit hard; come at or near level 245.
- Selling Magic Balls or Armament Crystals — they gate Haki V2/V3, and re-farming Beast at 15% hurts.
- Redeeming 2x Drop codes while questing — those timers only pay off during boss sessions.
